A day program for adults with autism that presumes competence, focuses on strengths and provides job training, social life and employment.

Self-Advocacy

JoyDew members learn the skills and importance of advocating for themselves and other people on the spectrum. Through projects like Medical and First Responder autism training, they learn to teach others about ASD, how to accommodate their needs and how to prevent situation escalation.

They learn to be active in their community inside and outside JoyDew. Through things like member elections, volunteer projects and other activities.

Finally, members develop a sense of social responsibility and build autism awareness in the community through presentations and other activities.
