My Story/Resume
When most people think of career planning, the first thing they think about is writing a resume. While this is important, there are steps that can be taken prior that help members understand for themselves their history, interests and experience.
By creating their own “My Story” and practicing presenting it to an audience, they increase their confidence and are more clearly able to communicate their ambitions.
This becomes an excellent jumping off point to begin creating their resume and LinkedIn profile. As they gain more education and experience, these are continuously updated through regular career planning sessions.
