Joy Dew's Methodology for developing the talent pool follows a simple, yet highly effective methodology for assessing the strengths and support needs of each individual. Member's interests, strengths and skill levels are determined, and then a highly personalized plan is developed to help them develop their career path. Members explore a variety of skills and receive educational enrichment, as well as basic education, job-specific and social skill training. Once they are deemed ready for employment they train more specifically for the job(s) they are interested in. They are then employed by the organization as part of a team to work on various projects for clients.
