Moish Bio

Moish Tov, CEO

Moish Tov is a seasoned CEO, entrepreneur and dynamic leader with extensive start-up, life science and technology experience. Moish founded and led rapid growth start-up companies, eventually leading them to management-led leveraged buyouts through attractive disruptive innovation strategies. Prior to starting software companies, he was a senior executive of Sharplan Lasers and an IDF Special Forces Elite Unit Commander.

Moish also has a profound and personal understanding of autism as the father of two young men on the spectrum. He is now applying his experience to the field of autism by founding JoyDew, a social enterprise dedicated to recognizing and untapping autism “superpowers” for high-level employment, reducing healthcare inequity, and providing social community and eventually housing for people with autism.

Anat Bio

Anat Klebanov, Chief Administrative Officer

Anat Klebanov brings over 35 years of experience in the art and design fields, and more than 20 years of start-up management experience. A respected artist in her own right, Anat founded and managed an art and design company in the early 1990s. She worked as a graphic designer in several design studios, was the art director of software company Skila, Inc., and owned and managed Midday Gallery before co-founding JoyDew. Anat also has 20+ years of life experience as a parent and educator of two boys with non-verbal autism and is considered an expert in Total Communication techniques. She is now dedicating her time to overseeing all aspects of JoyDew Foundation’s operations.

Karen Bio

Karen Millican, Chief Commercial Officer

Karen Millican is a serial entrepreneur with experience founding, directing and managing a variety of software, technology, IP, and investment management related businesses, as well as overseeing non-profit organizations.

Before joining JoyDew, Karen founded Kenefick Investments, Massand Properties, and Kenefick Properties, and ran D&R Technologies. She was a co-founder, board member, president and managing director of legal and clinical trials software company Litera Corporation, and a founding executive of life science software company Skila. Prior to Skila, Ms. Millican managed commercial operations for Salem Health Solutions, a healthcare analytics company. She also held various commercial roles at Johnson & Johnson's Ortho McNeil division, and at CRM company, Dendrite. Prior to her career in healthcare, Ms. Millican was a television news reporter and anchor for CBS and NBC news on the West Coast.

Jean Bio

Jean Sanchez-Maddalon, Chief Financial Officer

A seasoned executive with a track record of driving organizational success, Jean Sanchez-Maddalon is a highly accomplished leader committed to achieving programmatic goals and ensuring operational excellence. With a strategic mindset, Jean has consistently defined and executed missions and visions, contributing to sustainable outcomes and increased transparency.

Prior to JoyDew, Jean was the CFO for Appliance Brokers Ltd. & Appliance Brokers of Asbury Park. Her previous experience includes COO and Executive Director with Association Headquarters, EVP of Caprate events, Executive Director of New Jersey Apartment Association. COO & CFO of American Business Media and Assistant Controller of The Jockey Club.

Martha Bio

Martha Montemayor-Gruscza, Chief Operating Officer

With more than 25 years’ experience driving successful growth, Martha possesses the unique combination of skills and expertise, having held both consulting and managerial roles in the past two decades at consulting firms and established organizations.

Prior to her COO role at JoyDew, Martha served as the Managing Director of CCConsultores – a boutique communications, public relations, corporate social responsibility, and public affairs agency. Martha also served as the COO/Senior Vice President of Business Development/Clients Relations and CSR at Burson, Cohn, & Wolfe, an internationally renowned global public relations and communications firm. Martha was an advisor for multiple non-profit and benefit organizations such as Mount Sinai SHE Foundation/Healthy Hearts Mexico, Trust of the Americas-OAS. She has also held leadership positions within marketing/communications/public relations at established organizations in the past several decades including Casa de la Amistad for children with Cancer IAP, CCConsultores, Danone de Mexico, and Procter & Gamble MX. Martha holds a master’s degree in journalism from Universidad Anahuac in Mexico and a post-graduate diploma in Marketing from ITESM Ciudad de Mexico.
