If you are constantly worried about your child’s future, having trouble communicating with your adult child with autism, struggling to access services, and spending far too much time “spinning your wheels”, you are not alone.
Most families are exasperated trying to navigate the complex world of autism services, including social security, Medicaid, DDD benefits, and finding autism-friendly medical, legal and other professionals, as well working with agencies and support coordinators.
JoyDew helps guide families to:
- Ensure they get all the benefits they deserve
- Improve their communication and relationship with their child
- Save them time and frustration dealing with the government and service providers.
JoyDew provides one-on-one assistance with strategic issues like maximizing your child’s benefits for life, as well as day-to-day challenges like finding a good support coordinator, fixing ISP issues, filling out government forms, etc. With our extensive experience and network, we know how to help you improve your communication with your child, the tips and tricks for navigating the autism ecosystem, the best people to work with, and most efficient ways to get things done.
JoyDew delivers seminars on practical topics that parents with young adult children on the spectrum struggle with, in their planning, as well as their everyday life. We also invite top legal, financial, medical and other experts to speak on a variety of important topics.
Finally, our network of families assist each other in all kinds of matters, from finding autism-friendly health providers, to the best support coordinators, to social activities.
