BREATHING HELPS ME CALM MY BODY BY MAKING ME STOP AND THINK. BY BREATHING I CAN RELAX AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I HAVE A HARD TIME SHARING MY THOUGHTS WHEN I UPSET MY BREATHING HELPS.
