Autism can affect people in many different ways, but our goal is to break the stigma around autism in the workforce. We begin our job placement process with a detailed strength assessment for our members, which serves to highlight their individual talents and provide them with an idea of what they would enjoy doing. After we uncover the natural abilities of our members, we will proceed to provide them with the proper training they need to excel in their field.

An unfortunate reality is that after going through the education system, many autistic adults are left without the support or guidance they need to continue living purposeful lives.
