Strengths Assessment
Our in-depth strengths assessment is designed to highlight the unique strengths and preferences of each participant. Our goal is to take each member’s individual skillset and then match it with a corresponding career path. This in-house evaluation enables us to narrow down our job search and sets our members up for employment that sparks joy and passion in their lives.
Job Training
Our company has developed a job training curriculum geared toward equipping adults with autism with the tools they need to thrive in a professional environment. Our education plan is a far-reaching program that endeavors to:

Employment Opportunities for Adults with Autism
JoyDew Foundation is extremely proud to partner with local companies and provide real-world experiences and long-term job opportunities for our members. In 2012, our members were hired by the army to analyze aerial and satellite images. The program was so successful that today there remain over 40 employed soldiers with autism. Five years later, in 2017, we partnered with the Bergen County Hospital Radiology Department, where our members learned to record mammography charts.
These are just a few examples of the many exciting pilot programs for adults with autism in our local community. We are continually expanding and establishing new connections through which we can offer our members more varied job opportunities.
